Who we are
Focus Created ("we," "us") makes a business management app for service companies and operates the website focuscreated.com. Questions about this policy go to support@focuscreated.com.
What the app stores, and where
Everything you enter in the app, including clients, leads, jobs, crew details, invoices, quotes, notes, and settings, is stored locally on your device. The app does not transmit this data to us or to anyone else. We do not run accounts, sync, or analytics inside the app, so we have no copy of your business information.
If you export a backup, the backup file is created on your device and saved where you choose. You can protect it with a password, which encrypts it with AES-256. We never receive backup files. If you lose a backup password, the file cannot be opened by anyone, including us.
What the app sends, and when
The app places phone calls and composes emails only when you tap to do so, using your phone's own dialer and email app. Those communications travel through your carrier and email provider under their terms, not ours. The app does not call or message anyone on its own.
Deleting your data
Open Account and Billing in the app and use Erase All Data. This permanently removes everything the app has stored on your device. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
What this website collects
- Launch list. If you submit your email address, we store it to send you the launch invitation and account messages about the product. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing. Email support@focuscreated.com any time to be removed.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept briefly and are not used to profile you.
- Advertising measurement. If we run ads for the product, this site may use a measurement pixel (such as the Meta pixel) to understand whether the ads work. If and when that happens, this policy will say so plainly.
Payments
Subscriptions and lead credit purchases are processed by Stripe on the web. Stripe collects your payment details under its own privacy policy, and we receive only what we need to run your subscription, such as your email, the plan, and the payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
Lead data and your responsibilities
The app helps you find and contact business leads. The contact details involved are ones you searched for or imported yourself, and they stay on your device. You are responsible for using that information lawfully. The app's built in calling and email safeguards help, but they do not replace your own legal obligations.
Children
Focus Created is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under California law, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask for a copy, and to ask for its deletion. Because our design keeps your business data on your device, in most cases the only personal information we hold is a launch list email or billing record. Email support@focuscreated.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, note it on this page. Continued use of the app or site after a change means the updated policy applies.
